The first session is mainly about understanding — what's brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what's been happening. There's no pressure to have it all worked out; that's what we do together. From there we agree a way forward that fits your goals and your pace.
I offer sessions online across the UK using secure, confidential video, and in person in Anglesey and North Wales. Online work is often especially helpful if travel, pain or fatigue make appointments difficult — you can be somewhere comfortable and familiar.
