What to expect

The first session is mainly about understanding — what's brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what's been happening. There's no pressure to have it all worked out; that's what we do together. From there we agree a way forward that fits your goals and your pace.

Online & in person

I offer sessions online across the UK using secure, confidential video, and in person in Anglesey and North Wales. Online work is often especially helpful if travel, pain or fatigue make appointments difficult — you can be somewhere comfortable and familiar.

    Cognitive Behavioural Therapy — understanding the links between thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and finding practical change.

    Acceptance & Commitment Therapy — building a fuller life alongside difficult thoughts and sensations, guided by what matters to you.
  • CFT
    Compassion Focused Therapy — a kinder, steadier relationship with yourself, especially where shame or self-criticism are present.
  • MF
    Mindfulness — practical skills for stepping out of autopilot and working with pain, stress and difficult emotion.
  • PI
    Parts-informed work — making sense of the different "parts" of ourselves that can pull in different directions.
